Howden Joinery is looking for Sales Order Processors to join our team at our site in Normanton, West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our bespoke solid surfaces operation, playing a key role in a specialist part of the business where quality and precision really matter. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, helping to bring customer orders to life while gaining exposure to a unique and growing area of our manufacturing operation.
Location: Normanton (On-site)
Contract Type: Full-Time – Permanent
Shift: Monday - Friday, one week 9am-5pm, one week 8am-4pm
Hiring Manager: Sales & Repricing Team Leader
What will you be doing as a Sales Order Processor:
- Responsible for allocating and processing all incoming enquiries and orders onto our CRM.
- Process customer orders and enquiries, ensure all orders are checked, and resolve and monitor issues.
- Utilising your previous customer service and sales administration experience, you will be able to communicate effectively with our internal teams, produce reports and provide technical help and support.
