As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer, you will have the unique opportunity to manage your own designs and leads while coaching and developing our dedicated Kitchen Sales Designer team to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs and excellent customer service. You will closely monitor the depot's lead bank to identify and nurture sales opportunities, ensuring timely design presentations and effective follow-ups with customers. Building long‑term collaborative relationships with our trade customers and end users will be a key focus, allowing you to create lasting partnerships.
Your exceptional customer service skills will set you apart as you provide an outstanding experience to our trade customers and end users. Meeting end users in their homes you will listen to their vision, seek to clearly understand their needs, and offer your expert advice. You will then plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed their expectations for both design and utility. As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer, you will have the confidence to negotiate with our trade customers, whilst promoting and protecting the integrity and value of the design and the quality of our products.
