The Apprentice Warehouse Person role offers a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training and expert support from a leading training provider while pursuing a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship. The program typically spans 12 to 15 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with customers in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Ensuring effective stock maintenance, adhering to strict health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping duties, including stock rotation, cleanliness, and tidiness, in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Conducting security and compliance checks on incoming stock and outgoing orders, with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Performing daily checks on the forklift truck and other mechanical equipment, promptly reporting any defects to the Depot Manager.

Apprenticeship:
  • Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 – Intermediate Apprenticeship.
  • Training provided by our in‑house Learning & Development Team.
  • Support from external training providers.
  • A 15‑month program, including a minimum 12‑month learning period and end‑point assessment.
  • Apprentices without Level 1 English and maths qualifications will be supported in achieving this level before undertaking the Level 2 English and maths test for the end‑point assessment and apprenticeship completion.
