We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Summary: As Howden continues to grow, our Talent Acquisition function is evolving to support a more connected and consistent approach to hiring. We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator, for a 6 month contract, to help strengthen this foundation; driving efficiency, improving coordination, and elevating the overall recruitment experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the key connector between teams, business areas, and candidates, you’ll play a central role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on contract generation, offer management, and onboarding. You’ll ensure everything runs seamlessly, keeping processes on track and everyone informed at every stage of the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create contracts and manage new hire documentation within Workday or relevant systems
- Support candidate relationship management throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey
- Liaise with HR Operations, Systems teams, and background screening providers
- Maintain and update ATS systems and excel based candidate trackers
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain communication between business areas, including teams without shared system access
- Ensure all recruitment processes and compliance procedures are followed
Skills Required:
- Experience using ATS/HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) preferred
- Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of customer service and stakeholder management
