The role entails dealing with enquiries both verbally and in writing, logging customer information, creating and issuing insurance documentation, taking payments, as well as creating relevant membership details.

- Work alongside team members on assigned work and projects
- Take responsibility for data entry, processing of premiums and collection of funds from clients
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve high levels of client service/internal process execution and to facilitate informed analysis
- Maintain appropriate client files, and oversee the prompt and accurate production of documentation to best meet client, company and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and obtain all authorisation necessary
- Undertake all compulsory regulatory training modules in a timely way
Past experience and insurance knowledge is not essential and training will be provided. Computer literate with skills in basic software (e.g. Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word etc.)
