We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our global HRIS team, specialising in Workday Talent, Performance and Learning. This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and technology, working closely with our global Centres of Excellence to optimise and reimagine how Talent, Performance and Learning operates across Howden, while ensuring a high-quality and reliable service is maintained day to day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent, Performance and Learning
  • Partner with HR and COEs to optimise and redesign key people processes
  • Support and enhance day-to-day system operation, ensuring a stable and reliable service
  • Translate business priorities into scalable system solutions
  • Plan, organise and deliver work across both BAU and change initiatives
  • Manage competing priorities in a global, fast-moving environment
  • Drive improvements in system usability, adoption and user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and process issues
  • Support enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with Core HCM and end-to-end processes

What we're looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent, Performance and/or Learning
  • Experience working with stakeholders to optimise and improve HR processes
  • Solid understanding of Workday Core HCM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Experience working in a global, multi-stakeholder environment

Certifications:

We're particularly interested in candidates with Workday certification(s) in: Talent & Performance, Learning, HCM, Reporting.
