The role We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team, supporting the development, governance and enablement of our global brand across a complex, federated organisation. Sitting at the centre of the business, in the Corporate Affairs division, the Group Brand team partners with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure the brand is consistently applied, strategically evolved and effectively enabled at scale. This role will play a key part in managing and evolving core areas of the brand, with particular focus on governance, resources and platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
- Brand governance and enablement
- Support the implementation and evolution of the global brand framework across the organisation
- Partner with stakeholders across regions and business units to drive effectiveness and commercially practical brand application
- Help manage governance processes, approvals and brand compliance initiatives
- Brand identity and guidance
- Support the ongoing development and management of brand identity systems, guidelines and standards
- Maintain and evolve brand guidance to reflect organisational needs, digital requirements and emerging technologies
- Work closely with internal and external creative partners to ensure high-quality execution across touchpoints
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor on brand-related matters
- Influence stakeholders at varying levels of seniority within a matrixed, global business
- Collaborate closely with Design, Content, Marketing, Communications, Operations and external agency partners
