This is a one-year apprenticeship program where you will begin your career in Mortgages and Financial Planning. Working alongside our experienced administrators, you will gain insight into how the mortgage life cycle works and how we deliver excellent support to our clients.

What you’ll do

• Gain a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. One day a week will be dedicated to studying with a dedicated trainer.
• Participate in a year-long structured development programme designed to build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in your role.
• Learn the foundations of mortgage broking through hands‑on learning and structured apprenticeship training.
• Support the Mortgage Administration team with case overflow.
• Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, chasing and processing invoices, and completion checks.
• Handle incoming enquiry phone calls and emails to build confidence and customer service skills.
• Chase solicitors via telephone calls and emails.
• Collaborate with brokers to prepare mortgage documents.
• Get involved with data projects to improve daily operations within the team.

What we’re looking for

• Final year sixth form/college student or recent college leaver.
• GCSE English and Maths at C or 4 grade.
• Confident communicators who thrive on working with others.
• Good attention to detail and written communication.
• Resilient individuals who are organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Confident at taking phone calls with clients at all levels and enjoy delivering good customer service.

2. Online gamified assessment: Complete game-based tasks to demonstrate natural strengths and problem‑solving approaches.
3. Pre‑recorded video interview: Record answers to a few questions using your phone or laptop.
4. Assessment centre: Attend an in‑person assessment day at one of our offices near you. The day includes group activities, a relaxed environment, and travel costs are covered.
