Early Careers Delivery Partner (Apprenticeship)

What is the role?

This one‑year apprenticeship programme will launch your career in Mortgages and Financial Planning. Working closely with our experienced administrators you will learn the mortgage life cycle and how we support clients with excellent service.

One day a week will be dedicated to studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification, while you gain real‑world experience and a competitive salary.

What you’ll do

• Support the Mortgage Administration team with case overflow and administrative tasks such as data entry, chasing invoices and completion checks.
• Handle incoming enquiry phone calls and emails, and actively chase solicitors via telephone and email.
• Collaborate with brokers to prepare mortgage documents and assist with data projects to improve daily operations.
• Take part in a year‑long structured development programme designed to build the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

What we’re looking for

• No prior experience in insurance or mortgages is required; we will teach you everything you need to know.
• Final year sixth‑form/college students or recent college leavers.
• GCSE English and Maths at C or 4 grade.
• Confident communicators who thrive on working with others and enjoy delivering good customer service.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple projects, with resilience and adaptability.
