The Role In this role, you will support the development and execution of client engagement strategies by providing research, analysis, and materials that strengthen client relationships and enhance business development efforts. You’ll work closely with Associates and senior team members to help deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and insights that align with client needs and market trends.
- Support client engagement initiatives by preparing tailored materials, and proposals in collaboration with Associates.
- Assist in developing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring submissions are data-driven, high-quality, and aligned with client needs.
- Navigate and effectively use our CRM system to extract relevant data insights to support teams.
- Conduct market research when necessary to gather data and insights to improve our product offerings and go-to-market plans.
- Create and update market-mapping documentation across new product lines, sectors, and routes to market.
- Stay informed about CAP's products and services, and the activity of the wider Group, to ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Be flexible and responsive to last-minute requests for materials, presentations, and other support.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the design and presentation of company materials, ensuring they effectively deliver key messages whilst always aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Use of deal platforms to identify and track upcoming opportunities and share this information weekly with team heads and brokers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers across CAP pillars. Understand their products, collaborate on projects, and provide necessary support.
- Assist the Associates on projects when needed and help them deliver materials on time.
- Use the CRM system to generate meaningful insights, produce reporting.
Who we’re looking for Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with a CRM system. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in market research and creating market mapping documents. Prior experience in content creation, client development, or similar roles is highly preferred.
