You\’ll join our newly established\”Risk Academy\”as an Insurance Technician, where you’ll be part of a dynamic team, supported through structured training, professional qualifications, and hands-on experience.
This is a unique opportunity to build foundational knowledge in group risk and employee benefits while contributing to real client work from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Support the client service team with day-to-day administration of group risk schemes.

Assist in obtaining terms from the insurance market and preparing client documentation.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of client requests.

Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to learn standard methodologies and improve technical expertise.

Participate in training sessions and complete tasks aligned with your development plan.

Work towards CII qualifications with full study support provided.
