The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To assist in the creation and delivery of software training programmes for Howden staff by training them on Insurance Applications, Microsoft Office and any other tailored system(s) to the required levels.
- Planning, creation and delivery of IT systems and other projects as the need arises both via classroom and virtual.
- Maintenance of first line user support help functions.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and other organisations to search out areas for Business training support.
- Delivery of Insurance software applications, MS Office (incl. Conduct post training assessments to identify areas of improvement and transfer of knowledge).
- Ability to prioritise workload and balance multiple projects/deliveries.
- Crucial - Prior training delivery experience (classroom and virtually).
- Crucial – Microsoft Office (Incl. Highly organised, with good planning/time management skills).
- Able to positively react to change.
- Team player, networks and able to build balanced relationships.
