We are actively looking for an Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. This is a great office-based opportunity to join a highly successful team and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth insurance. You will be responsible for building relationships with an existing book of clients and working closely with the wider team to achieve objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working with existing clients and supporting their needs and building relationships.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, speaking to insurers, working through renewal presentations and renewals terms etc.
  • Updating and maintaining collection specifications.
  • Identifying and exploring opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome for parties. Eg. A private client may also require a commercial policy.
  • Expand your insurance knowledge and become Cert CII qualified.
  • Advise on products and solutions - thinking about client needs and referring identified opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • You will have experience developing and building long lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.
  • You must have a passion for excellent customer service.
  • You are able to work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts from start to finish.
  • You are tenacious and have a business curiosity.
  • You are willing to learn, as every day will be different.
  • You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener.
