This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, digital-first team. Working directly with the Global Marketing Leader, you will help coordinate projects, manage operations and support the delivery of activity across 40 countries. This role would suit someone with PA or EA experience who is highly organised, confident managing diaries and logistics, and looking to build a career in project management. You should be comfortable using digital tools and platforms, including Marketing Cloud and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track key global projects and initiatives.
- Manage meeting preparation, agendas, actions and follow-up.
- Improve processes and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Provide diary management, scheduling and time planning support for the Global Marketing Leader.
- Support budgeting, invoice processing and general administration.
- Coordinate activity across multiple teams and time zones.
Systems and Team Support
- Support the setup and delivery of communications through digital platforms. Training can be provided.
- Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials.
- Maintain the global SharePoint library and ensure teams can easily access key documents and assets.
- Help organise internal events, webinars and team activities.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with teams across different countries and business areas.
- Support collaboration between leadership teams, sales teams and local stakeholders.
- Keep projects moving forward by coordinating actions and following up with teams.
Reporting and Administration
- Create simple reports, trackers and status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, action logs and operational documentation.
What You Will Bring
- Previous EA, PA, operations or project coordination experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent diary management and coordination across time zones.
- High attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong PowerPoint and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital systems and tools, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- Positive, proactive and highly motivated approach.
- Confidence working with teams across different countries and cultures.
Location: London (Hybrid) Type: Full-time - 5 day week Three days expected in our head office, typically Tuesday to Thursday.
