Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn? As an Analyst at Howden, you'll play a key role in supporting Associates and Senior Associates in delivering best‑in‑class insurance solutions for clients. You'll be working with the balance sheet advisory & structuring team who advise clients on balance sheet and capital optimisation. This programme is designed to give you early exposure to real client work, supported by structured training and hands‑on learning from experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Support client advisory teams in managing complex insurance requirements
  • Assist with negotiation to secure the best possible terms for clients
  • Develop business relationships and contribute to company growth
  • Over time, take ownership of transaction processes and client engagements

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to code.
