An opportunity for an experienced Client Executive to take over an existing book of business, whilst also having plenty of opportunity to drive growth through organic client acquisition, focusing on farm and estate insurance clients. This role blends sales, relationship management, and technical insurance expertise to deliver tailored risk solutions and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through campaigns, referrals, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Quote Delivery: Prepare and deliver competitive insurance quotes, meeting income and referral targets.
  • Policy Coordination: Manage documentation, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with directors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service and professionalism throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Profile:

  • CII qualified (or working towards)
  • Proven sales experience - insurance experience beneficial
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Confident handling complex risks
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Experience with insurance systems (e.g., Acturis Systems) preferred
  • Full, clean driving license
