We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Our team has grown rapidly over the past 14 years, now comprising over 200 professionals across the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organizations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve team objectives.
About You
- You will have strong attention to detail, reviewing client documentation to ensure information is comprehensive and accurate for the quoting process.
- You must be capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
- You will assist the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements.
