The Role We are looking for an Account Executive to join the Global & Corporate Risks team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment, collaborating with various brokers and team members from around the world. This team has been growing year on year and we are seeing exciting opportunities from the UK, new and existing territories. What you’ll do Manage relationships with an existing book of clients and new business as required. Provide relevant management information as required for effective decision-making. Supervise and forecast renewal and new business activity to aid in effective planning and resource allocation. Seek opportunities to grow the existing book of business and expand our market presence. Review client documentation to ensure accuracy of all client communication. Collate and communicate clients’ needs to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk. Prepare and check market presentations and liaise with relevant Specialty broking resources. Liaise with and advise clients on a day to basis. Stay up to date with territory, tax, and legislation requirements to ensure compliance. Respond to market and third-party queries as appropriate to maintain strong relationships. Produce high-quality and accurate documentation with appropriate authorisations. Collaborate with other team members and support technicians as required to deliver high-level service. Assist in the review of product wordings to ensure they meet the current requirements of clients. Check Evidence of Cover and debit/credit notes for accuracy. Maintain up-to-date records on the company systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Who we’re looking for Client focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Proficient in computer applications and software related to the role. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment. Calm and resilient under pressure, maintaining a positive mentality. Ability to deliver consistently accurate client and market communication and documentation. Proactive and adaptable to change. Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent). A level or equivalent (desirable). Attainment of the LLMIT (the Lloyd’s and London Market Introductory Test) where relevant. Working towards or has attained CII qualifications (desirable).
