As a Schemes Manager within the Education & Not for Profit schemes, you will proactively manage and develop strong working relationships with our scheme insurers and partners to ensure they deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.
Key Accountabilities- Effective oversight and management of relationship with Howden scheme partners
- Oversight and management of profitability and operational effectiveness of Education and NFP schemes
- Work proactively with existing partners to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiencies and effective escalation where required
- Support delivery of scheme placement strategy across trading teams
- Lead initiatives for service and operational improvements by acting on feedback from customers, partners and internal stakeholders
- Support the delivery of new products and capacity
- Understanding product owners' requirements and delivering with insurers to achieve business objectives
- Ensure effective reporting and analysis of partner performance and delivery of recommendations to improve
- Review and negotiate contracts and insurer TOBAs
- Experience in managing third-party relationships or operational experience in the implementation and management of service levels
- An understanding of the insurance market
