An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist team within the Corporate & Commercial pillar in our Caterham office. You will join a team responsible for managing and expanding a book of business primarily within the Turkish community. We are seeking an Account Handler to support our team and assess our clients\\\’ insurance requirements including dealing with general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations and invoicing of premiums. Dealing with our Commercial clients, you will have a passion for providing excellent service to your clients and be excited about the prospect of working with a growing insurance broker that\\\’s making a real impact in the market. We promote personal and professional growth

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Manage new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments for Commercial and Mid-Corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters
  • Prepare and review high-quality market presentations and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow your book of business
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to team success

What You\’ll Bring

  • Experience in commercial or mid-corporate insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in relevant systems (Acturis and Outlook desirable)
  • A collaborative, client-first approach with a drive to deliver results

Qualifications

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Working towards or holding ACII (or equivalent insurance qualification) desirable
  • Fluent in both Turkish and English
