We are currently searching for an Account Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, building positive client relationships, and driven to enable growth through creative solutions. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Norwich office with travel to meet clients regularly.
Responsibilities
- Provide relevant management information as needed for effective decision-making.
- Supervise and forecast renewal and new business activity to aid planning and prioritisation.
- Conduct research and collect market feedback to progress development of new products and wordings.
- Seek opportunities to grow the book of business and expand market presence.
- Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and support the quoting process.
- Collate and communicate clients\โ needs to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk.
- Prepare and check market presentations to showcase offerings.
- Liaise with and advise clients, investigating and resolving queries to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Respond to market and third-party queries to maintain strong relationships.
- Produce high-quality market documentation with appropriate authorisations.
- Maintain up-to-date records on company systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
- A levels or equivalent (desirable).
