What we’re looking for
The job holder is responsible for assisting the Group Head of Business Continuity and team, with the management and oversight of the Howden global business continuity programme.
What you’ll be doing
- Engage with business entities to ensure Business Continuity Plans are regularly reviewed and updated
- Assists with forward planning, timetables and deliverables
- Assists with administration related to the mass notification/BCP tools
- Coordinates team activities, manages diaries, and provides administrative support to the team
- Organise meetings, takes minutes, maintains files, and assists with travel arrangements
- Record-keeping and communication on business continuity issues
- Build and maintain close links with peers, key internal and external stakeholders, working with the business and other functions
- Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required
- Maintain accurate records and deal with correspondence appropriately
- Operate in an honest, professional and ethical manner
