We are seeking professional, customer-centric individuals to join our growing Rural Division. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education. You must be able to demonstrate a strong background of providing a high quality of customer service. At least 2 years experience in Farm & Estates, commercial or personal Lines Insurance is essential.
You will be servicing a book of Rural clients that will include everything from small Farms up to large Landed Estates. Many of our clients are High Net Worth and have high expectations of a first-class customer service experience.
You will also be given the opportunity to study for nationally recognized professional qualifications. Our policy of in-house promotion will ensure you have plenty of scope to progress, as your skills develop, should you wish to take advantage of this.
