We are recruiting for Client Services vacancies in our London office that will have responsibility for providing operational support to prospects and clients in relation to their healthcare, risk and pension schemes including Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Personal Pension schemes.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Insurance scheme administration including manipulating data and checking calculations
- Liaising with stakeholders including insurers, clients and colleagues
- Creating written correspondence including emails, letters and reports
- Adhering to processes and accurate maintenance of records
Core skills required include:

- Competent ability in respect of Microsoft Office including Teams
