The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Financial Lines team and play a key role in growing our SME Cyber portfolio. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation that values collaboration, ownership, and professional development.
What You’ll Do
- Support the growth and development of our SME Cyber book within Financial Lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industries.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with businesses of all sizes.
- Work closely with the FLG Regions team to deliver outstanding service and achieve growth targets.
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your expertise in cyber and tech risks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years in insurance (any discipline), but we’re also open to graduates or individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven by growth.
- Skills: Excellent phone presence, confident communicator, and a natural relationship builder with a ‘can-do’ approach.
- Interest: Genuine curiosity about cyber and technology, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to engage with businesses across multiple sectors and spot opportunities for growth.
