The Finance Systems & Support Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting global finance workflow activity and systems support, with a focus on Unit4 Financials. The role ensures operational continuity, resolves system issues, supports global stakeholders, and contributes to process improvements and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and manage Unit4 workflow issues and escalations.
  • Address and resolve global invoice approval related issues.
  • Troubleshoot CODAXL and user issues.
  • Provide support for Global User finance system queries.
  • Provide backup to Communication and Alerts.
  • Act as point of contact for Unit4 workflow-related queries at 3rd line level.
  • Raise and manage P1 tickets with Unit4 support.
  • Participate in MIR and CAR calls as needed.
  • Serve as escalation point for WNS and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate system issues and resolutions to users, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Liaise with WNS, UK FinOps, HIBL Finance, IT, Cashiers, and SharePoint bot teams.
  • Deliver training and guidance on finance workflows and systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports, selectors, presenters, and master data.
  • Create and manage finance system capabilities.
  • Schedule and execute maintenance runs.
  • Support year‑end processes and re‑dos.
  • Manage invoice deletions and system configurations (e.g., company creation, pay masters, exchange rates, asset queries, supplier workflows).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (desirable).
  • 2+ years of experience in finance operations or systems support.
  • Experience with Unit4 Financials (essential).
  • Strong understanding of finance workflows and global finance operations.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Detail‑oriented with focus on process improvement.
  • Experience working in a global or shared services environment (desirable).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management protocols.
  • Knowledge of finance compliance and audit requirements.
