We are looking for a visionary, commercially minded Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our global enterprise websites, driving measurable impact for customers and the business. The Product Leader will champion the customer voice, balance priorities, influence stakeholders, and build trusted relationships across teams while ensuring our websites support strategic objectives and deliver commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring every initiative maps directly to customer needs and company strategy.
- Lead innovation within the product, identifying opportunities to evolve, challenge existing approaches, and improve user experience and business value.
- Prioritise product initiatives using a clear, value‑based approach, communicating trade‑offs and what will not be prioritised.
- Define clear success metrics and establish reporting frameworks to monitor delivery, adoption, performance, and business value realisation.
- Partner with the wider team to align on priorities, apply the operating model, and address risks or challenges affecting delivery commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement of enterprise websites and CMS, ensuring scalable, localised, accessible, and commercially effective digital experiences.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and challenge requests where needed to align on priorities, trade‑offs, and strategic outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of entry for team demand to maintain focus on the highest value opportunities.
- Use data, insight, and evidence to inform decisions, validate opportunities, and measure impact with the Product Owner and Product Analyst.
- Support the Product Owner, Product Analyst, and Site Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture with clear goals, accountability, and shared ownership.
- Ensure delivery plans are realistic and achievable with the Platform Manager and Platform Development team to align scope, sequencing, dependencies, and capacity.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop from delivery into the roadmap, adjusting priorities based on progress, risks, and constraints.
- Support key product ceremonies and planning activities where direction or decisions are required.
- Own and track product performance KPIs, continuously optimise the customer experience, measure commercial impact, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Significant experience in digital product management with a track record of owning and delivering product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong prioritisation and decision‑making capability, balancing customer needs, business value, and delivery constraints to focus on high‑impact work.
- Data‑driven mindset using insights and performance metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Accountability for product delivery and team performance, setting realistic commitments and delivering against them.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, trade‑offs, and outcomes.
- Ability to lead innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define scope and dependencies for effective planning and delivery.
- Significant experience working with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal), driving platform evolution, optimisation, and delivery of content‑led digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and regulatory requirements (e.g., WCAG, GDPR), incorporating them into product decisions.
