As an HR SOX Remediation Analyst, you support the delivery of remediation activity to bring UK HR controls to a SOX‑auditable standard. You work as part of a wider project team, helping to track, coordinate and deliver remediation actions by aligning control requirements with HR processes and policies.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of remediation activity for HR controls identified as high priority.
- Assist in translating control requirements into practical HR processes and policy updates.
- Maintain and update remediation plans, ensuring actions are clearly tracked and progressed.
- Track the status of remediation activity and highlight gaps, delays or risks.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for stakeholders and project leads.
- Work with stakeholders across teams and regions to gather information and support delivery.
- Identify emerging risks or issues and escalate them in a timely way.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and aligned to audit requirements.
- Support the coordination of activity across multiple workstreams to ensure consistency.
- Contribute to improving how remediation activity is tracked, reported and managed.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects, remediation activity or control delivery in a structured environment.
- Understanding of risk and controls, either through audit, compliance or operational roles.

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and supporting delivery across teams.
