What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Leading requirements gathering, configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system improvements and new implementations.

  • Translating business needs into system capabilities to support senior management strategy.

  • Providing system-level insights and documentation to strengthen the team’s knowledge base.

  • Serving as Business Product Owner on strategic projects, contributing to technical design and execution.

  • Collaborating with internal departments, external vendors, developers, and IT teams to ensure flawless delivery.

  • Able to lead technical initiatives and influence outcomes without direct line management.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across internal and external teams.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.

  • Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements.

  • Passionate about mentoring and developing team capabilities.

  • Committed to driving innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Global XB, Acturis, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

  • Experience in leading UAT, system configuration, and cross-functional projects.
