We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across our Corporate Employee Benefits business. This role requires a proactive and results driven marketer who can design and plan high-impact marketing initiatives that support client retention, acquisition, and revenue growth, while strengthening Howden Employee Benefits’ brand in the corporate market.
Working closely with the Corporate Consulting Leadership team, senior stakeholders, Sales Enablement, and wider marketing colleagues, you will translate commercial objectives into data-led marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Growth Marketing
- Collaborate with the corporate leadership team, marketing, and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver a growth-focused marketing strategy aligned to client retention, acquisition, and expansion objectives.
- Translate commercial priorities into targeted marketing plans that accelerate pipeline growth and deepen existing client relationships.
- Ownership of the planning and tracking of tactical growth initiatives across the full client lifecycle.
- Campaign & Content Development
- Design and plan integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and events for corporate clients and prospects, agreeing requirements and outcomes with stakeholders and wider marketing colleagues, briefing the marketing operational teams on delivery whilst maintaining oversight, managing budgets and tracking and reporting on outputs and outcomes.
- Drive a test-and-learn approach, using KPIs and analytics to continuously optimise campaign performance.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to create compelling, insight-led content that supports sales conversations and conversion.
- Plan a regular communications program to actively support cross-sell, upsell, and broader client growth initiatives.
- Vertical & Sector Growth
- Work closely with priority verticals and target markets (including Legal, Professional Services, and Asset Management) to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Plan and deliver sector-specific campaigns that address the distinct challenges, regulatory pressures, and commercial drivers of each market.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including across the wider Howden Group, to enhance market insight and drive effective engagement.
- Innovation, Digital Marketing & Emerging Trends
- Stay at the forefront of marketing innovation, identifying and evaluating new platforms, technologies, and approaches to enhance reach, relevance, and performance.
- Use data-driven insights including digital channel performance of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation to plan future campaigns.
- Explore innovative growth levers such as AI-driven personalisation, advanced segmentation, marketing automation, and emerging content formats.
- Monitor marketing and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive, modern, and commercially impactful.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback and insight into campaign development and optimisation.
- Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to plan, execute, and measure lead generation.
