Role Purpose: To lead employee engagement for key accounts within the Pensions Team, driving understanding and participation in Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. The role involves delivering presentations (virtual and on-site), hosting 1 2 1 meetings, and supporting Principal Consultants while collaborating with other consultants as needed.
