Role Overview We are seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This role offers full training and the chance to gain industry-recognized qualifications. About You You enjoy conversations, listening, and building relationships to understand client needs. You possess excellent problem-solving skills to create tailored solutions for unique clients. No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications. You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, motor vehicles, marine, or fine art. You are ambitious, with opportunities for progression; many leaders started as Insurance Advisors.
