We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, where you will receive full on-the-job training and support to gain industry-recognised qualifications.

About you

• You will enjoy conversations with people, listening, and building relationships to understand client requirements.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and can tailor solutions to unique client needs.
• You may currently be in a sales role and are seeking a career. We don’t require previous experience as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.
• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in areas such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art. Being enthusiastic helps you build rapport and provide the best solution.
• You are ambitious and ready to progress; many leaders started as Insurance Advisors. We provide the tools and expect the desire to succeed.
