We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This role includes on‐the‐job training and the opportunity to gain industry qualifications.About you You will enjoy conversations with people, listening and building relationships so we really get to know clients and understand their requirements.You have strong problem‐solving skills and can tailor solutions to each client\’s unique needs rather than a one‐size‐fits‐all approach.You may be transitioning from a sales role; prior experience is not required as we offer on‐site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. Many successful business opportunities come from team members\’ subject interests, such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc. Loving what you do helps you build rapport quickly and provide clients with the best solution.You are ambitious. We promote from within; everyone in a leadership position started out as an Insurance Advisor.
