The Role

As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive fault finding across a range of electronic security systems at customer sites throughout Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

You will work predominantly within high-end commercial and corporate environments, ensuring systems remain fully operational while delivering a professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and fault-find on electronic security systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Accurately complete service documentation and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and standards.
  • Participate in an overtime and call-out rota where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Security Service Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of current security industry regulations and standards.
  • Professional approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.
