The Role
As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive fault finding across a range of electronic security systems at customer sites throughout Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.
You will work predominantly within high-end commercial and corporate environments, ensuring systems remain fully operational while delivering a professional service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and fault-find on electronic security systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Accurately complete service documentation and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in an overtime and call-out rota where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Service Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of current security industry regulations and standards.
- Professional approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
