Salary: Up to £55,000 basic (DOE) + Travel Time + Overtime

The Role: As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive fault finding across a range of electronic security systems at customer sites.
  • Working predominantly within high-end commercial and corporate environments.
  • Ensuring systems remain fully operational while delivering a professional service to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain and fault-find on electronic security systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Accurately complete service documentation and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and standards.
  • Participate in an overtime and call-out rota where required.
