Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and Test components from engineering drawings and instructions while working within company Quality and HSE procedures.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to keep a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain 5S standards set by the company at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Apply problem solving skills.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Follow and execute the training plan set by the company or college.
- Achieve milestones set by the company or college in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths or Science. Any additional qualifications would be desirable.
