| Role Requirements | To serve an apprenticeship whilst receiving training / mentoring in order to assemble and test components to a very high standard, satisfying customer quality requirements. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Assemble and Test components from engineering drawings / instructions whilst working within company Quality and HSE procedures. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Maintain 5S standards set by the company at all times. |
| Competencies | Accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills. Flexible and adaptable to change. Problem solving. |
| Accountabilities and Performance Measures | Follow and execute the training plan set by the company / college. Achieve milestones set by the company / college in a timely manner. |
| Job Requirements Qualifications | Minimum of 3 GCSE’s including Math or Science. Any additional qualifications would be desirable. |
