Howarth Homes is expanding its in‑house planning team and is looking for an Assistant Planning Manager / Planning Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of residential‑led opportunities, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with the Planning Director and Senior Planning Manager.
- Support a strong pipeline of new sites requiring Planning Permission and existing sites under construction.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the public or private sector.
- Membership of the RTPI would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Full support will be provided to those completing their APC.
- Entry level, full‑time, in the construction industry.
