Howarth Homes is expanding its in‑house planning team and is looking for an Assistant Planning Manager / Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide range of residential‑led opportunities, from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Planning Director and Senior Planning Manager.
  • Support a strong pipeline of new sites requiring Planning Permission and existing sites under construction.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in the public or private sector.
  • Membership of the RTPI would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Full support will be provided to those completing their APC.
  • Entry level, full‑time, in the construction industry.
