Position Summary: Sales Customer Relationship Manager based at our Taunton Retailer. Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
  • Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.
  • Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
  • Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

  • A full driving licence, Manual and Auto.
  • Honesty, with high levels of integrity.
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused individuals, ideally with sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
  • Well-presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Resiliency and results-focused, you will always be open to positive feedback.
