What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the sales department across new, used, commercial vehicles, ensuring volume and profit targets are consistently achieved.
- Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, developing and inspiring your team, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers.
- Set, manage and deliver sales volume and profitability targets.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through best-in-class sales processes.
- Lead, coach and develop your sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring effective display and preparation of vehicles.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
