Your role as a Sales Administrator:

  • Working as part of a strong Sales Administration Team who work across all Franchises in Weston super Mare
  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of all vehicles, including preparation of all relevant documentation for an efficient customer handover
  • Ensuring the prompt and accurate flow of paperwork and other administration documents for the processing of customer files and invoicing
  • Accurate ordering and progressing of new and used stock to produce accurate records for delivery and stock control
  • Support and underpin the Sales Team by ensuring all documentation is completed for their vehicle handovers

What are We looking for?

  • A full driving licence
  • Knowledge of IT and use of software packages including MS office and Drive
  • Previous administrative experience
  • A proven ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner
  • Good standard of education
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous Motor Trade experience desirable, but not essential
