What you’ll do:

- Create and support the presentation of Management Information across the customer account, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the design and implementation of efficient and compliant data collection systems ensuring data quality and integrity
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement effective internal performance management metrics and systems, working in consultation with multiple stakeholders across the business, including, but not limited to commercial, operations, finance and safety
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and optimise data collection processes by automating data workflows and building efficient data pipelines
- Analyse customer feedback and performance data with the Customer Experience Manager to identify and drive service improvements
- Engage directly with operational users to understand reported data issues and new requests, support resolution activities, and build trusted working relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven advanced MS Office skills
- Use of modern BI tools (Power BI, Quick Suite, Cognos)
- Experience and knowledge of working in a fast paced target driven environment
- An understanding of distribution and warehouse operations & systems and how the data aligns to those environments would be desirable
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret contractual data and trend analysis, and convert into meaningful, effective Management Information.
- Detail focused but with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Ability to work on your own initiative to agreed timescales, but also within a team environment when required
- A structured, organised approach to tasks with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate outputs to technical and non-technical audiences.
