We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Cashier to join our London team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions accurately, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Previous banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.
With the ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Must have previous experience within a bank, foreign exchange, or financial services environment.
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer identity and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Identify and raise unusual or suspicious transactions in line with AML and compliance procedures.
- Support customers with information regarding products and services where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational and customer service objectives.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and financial compliance procedures.
- Ability to speak
- Arabic

- Experience using banking or financial transaction systems.
