We are seeking an experienced Head of Private Banking / Team Leader to join a leading financial institution in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven private banking professional to lead a high-performing team while managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in relationship management, business development, and delivering exceptional client service. Fluency in Greek is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Private Bankers to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, providing tailored wealth management and private banking solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and professional relationships.
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, exceptional service, and expert financial advice.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across investment, lending, treasury, and wealth planning to deliver holistic client solutions.
