Responsibilities
The role focuses on a multi-disciplinary Consultant operating as a technology-focused Business Analyst, responsible for leading or supporting project workstreams, defining and refining business and technical requirements, and driving delivery across complex initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and third parties, the role involves translating business needs into actionable solutions, supporting end-to-end project delivery, and contributing to successful outcomes. As part of a growing team, there is also an opportunity to contribute to the wider development and expansion of the business. The role follows a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days per week based in a central London office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field from a reputable university
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technology Consultant
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Blend of business and technical knowledge
- Understanding of end-to-end project delivery and governance
- Competence with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and SQL
- Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis, delivery, and productivity
