We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn ideas into campaigns people notice, trust, and engage with. This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role where your work will directly impact brand presence and lead generation.
This role combines two equally important areas:
- Building brand awareness locally through offline and community-focused activity
- Driving enquiries and conversions through effective digital marketing
You will work from the office as part of a small, friendly team, taking ownership of marketing initiatives from concept through to execution and results.
The Role
Brand and Offline Marketing
- You will strengthen brand presence across multiple locations, ensuring visibility, credibility, and trust in local markets.
- This includes planning and delivering offline campaigns such as out-of-home advertising, leaflet drops, direct mail, community noticeboards, local events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- You will build and manage relationships with local partners, including SMEs, universities, charities, councils, and business groups.
- You will also improve customer experience on-site through signage, merchandising, local messaging, referral prompts, and touchpoints that reinforce professionalism and trust.
- You will ensure brand consistency across tone of voice, visuals, and campaign themes, while allowing sensible local adaptation.
Digital Performance and Demand Generation
- You will plan and run digital marketing campaigns that drive enquiries and engagement. This includes managing paid campaigns such as Google Ads, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimisation.
- You will write clear, persuasive copy for ads, websites, emails, social media, and offline materials, and produce or brief visual assets to bring campaigns to life.
Measurement and Optimisation
- You will track campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting clearly on results and ROI.
- You will run practical tests across creative, messaging, offers, and local activity to continually improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- Proven marketing experience with ownership of campaigns and results
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Confidence producing creative briefs, visuals, and brand-aligned messaging
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects without losing quality
Highly Valued Experience
- Offline marketing and local brand building, especially across multi-site operations
- Partnership marketing and community engagement
- Experience making practical products or services feel appealing and human
Nice to Have
- B2C and B2B marketing experience
- Familiarity with PPC and SEO platforms and reporting

- Employee discount
- Life insurance
- On-site parking
- Sick pay
