We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable law firm based in the heart of Manchester, who are looking to appoint a professional and personable Fluent Kurdish Speaking Administrator / Receptionist to join their busy front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and is looking to build a career within a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Supporting clients by translating and communicating in Kurdish where required
- Handling general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Managing appointment bookings and meeting room schedules
- Assisting fee earners with ad hoc administrative support
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Kurdish (essential) – both spoken and written
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
