An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Product Analyst to join a growing and evolving business within the insurance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in product, underwriting or insurance operations within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will support the oversight and performance of a portfolio of insurance products, helping to ensure products deliver fair value, strong customer outcomes, and remain commercially effective. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure across multiple areas of the business, including product governance, partner management, auditing, reporting and product development.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review product performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support product governance activities including reviewing and maintaining policy documentation, IPIDs and customer journeys
- Conduct audits of external distribution partners, including site visits and remote reviews
- Produce audit findings and track actions through to completion
- Assist with Fair Value Assessments to ensure products meet regulatory expectations and deliver positive customer outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and intermediaries
