Howard James Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of HR to own the people strategy across a growing multi-site organisation.

You will partner with the Managing Director and SLT to shape culture, develop talent and enhance the employee experience.

You will lead the HR function, offering strategic guidance while remaining hands-on across ER, recruitment, policy development and change management.

A full UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.
