We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a 25-bedded residential care service in the Ellesmere Port area. This is a confidential role offering the opportunity to manage a small, well-established service providing high-quality care across multiple primary care categories.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Lead, support, and develop care and support staff.
- Manage resident care plans, admissions, and service user wellbeing.
- Maintain high standards in all aspects of care delivery and service management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a care manager or home manager.
- Proven leadership, staff management, and operational skills.
- Knowledge of Older Person Care, Dementia, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Visual & Hearing Impairments.
- Strong understanding of residential and dementia care, including permanent and respite care.
- Ability to manage a service with up to 25 service users.
